Through Matjaž, MonteMoro winery remains dedicated to their 10 ha of vineyards spread across Triban area in Slovenian Istria, with focus on unique wine produced for special customers who want great aroma and also a passion, pleasure, health and nature-perfection.

Fruity and fresh, with red and black berries and cherries on the nose, sweetish vanilla notes, light lactic notes. 100 % Refosco from the fresh wines line, characterized by variety, fruity taste and harmony. Both sweetish and sour on the palate, elegant juicy fruit, very attractive finish. Organically grown and hand picked grapes in baskets. Classic vinification: 6 days of maceration, controlled temperature in fermentation on 24 ºC, ageing 24 month in inox tanks.
