The essence of Bikicki wine, with great effort and work, lies in the unique terroir of Fruška Gora. At an altitude of 140 -220 m on the slopes of Fruška Gora, vineyards of the Bikicki winery are cultivated according to organic principles.

Using indigenous yeasts and a minimal amount of sulfur, they produce unique wines.

A completely different interpretation of the variety. Full of lemon zest, orange liqueur, yellow apple and red grapefruit. The citrus base is upgraded with tones of hay, St. John’s wort oil and a sweet note of homemade biscuit. A moderately full and rounded wine, with mild tannins and a layered finish that evokes the taste of lemon cream and a bitter cherry stone note. Spontaneous fermentation of natural yeasts. Seven days of cold maceration. Aging in 500 l oak for six months.
